Manufacturing Technician
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner

Equipment includes metal stamping presses, assembly machines, automated robotic welders, automated and manual resistance welders, riveters, and others

Perform all required quality inspections

Notify Team/Shift Lead of any machine or process related concerns
-
Set up, test, and adjust manufacturing machinery or equipment, using any combination of electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or computer technologies
Pre-Training Requirements
Trainee
Assessment
Trainees are expected to complete an application and other forms. Trainees will be given a career assessment survey.
Length of Training
The Manufacturing Technician training is a four-month training held in Virginia. Housing will be available. Trainees can take advantage of transportation to and from the site on weekends.
Commitment
Due to the high-demand and of this training, trainees are expected, if accepted to the program, to attend regularly and complete the full program.
